CB&I helps customers manage the risk associated with complex projects by offering a range of contracting options, including fixed-price, cost reimbursable and hybrid approaches.

Consider our comprehensive CB&I Training Program (CTP), a rotational assignment program that gives recent engineering graduates broad exposure to both CB&I's operations and its technical experts. A typical CTP experience consists of four, six-month rotations in a variety of job environments including, in some cases, international locations. By matching a trainee's skills and interests with a long-term career path, CB&I is committed to delivering a network of support, educational and professional development, and leadership opportunities to help you reach your full potential and advance your career.
